Do you deliver outside of the United States?

• Yes, we do as of October 2023. We have expand our market to include Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, France, The Netherlands and other countries across the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans. 

What is the ounce size of your soap?

• Small bars are 2oz and our larger bars are 4oz. 

What is the size of your candles?

• Our current 9oz candles are in a 12oz Libbey Vessel. Each candle is holding 9oz of virgin coconut soy wax with 9-10% fragrance oil load. Our sample tin candles will hold 1.25oz of soy wax with a 9-10% fragrance oil load. 

What is your policy for exchanges, damaged products and returns? 

• Check our Shipping Policy and our Return Policy regarding exchanges, damaged products and merchandise returns. 

Can you return Sale Items?

• Yes, you can return SALE items, but not FINAL SALE or INVENTORY DESTASH items. Please check the category of the sale item before you purchase it. 

Do you do wholesale orders, private labels or specialty orders for say parties or weddings? 

• We do depending on our existing work log. Let's discuss via conference or video call regarding our rates, expectations, creative choices and timetable on making a specialized order exactly the way you would like.
